BIOSKETCH Dr Innocent Mukama is a highly skilled plastic surgeon with over 12 years’ experience. He has made a significant impact since join the Department of Plastic Surgery at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital in 2013.Currently, Dr Mukama works has a consultant and is a key member of the microvascular units, where he has contributed to his expertise to countless patients, announcing the quality of life through innovative surgical techniques. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr Makuma is deeply immersed in the medical community. He’s an active member of both the South African Burns society and the Durban breast Cancer forum, where he advocacy for patient care sciences.Dr Mukama is passionate about knowledge sharing and has frequently participated in local and international conferences.His cosmetic and reconstructive work includes skin cancers, breast care surgery, Botox, liposuction, burns, trauma, wound care and scar management.
