Bachelor of Medical Science Honours in Medical Microbiology
OVERVIEW
The Bachelor of Medical Science Honours in Medical Microbiology programme will equip students with the
knowledge and understanding of fundamental concepts and principles in all facets of Medical Microbiology,
as well as provide training in a wide range of laboratory techniques associated with Medical Microbiology. It
will also prepare students for research-based postgraduate study in Medical Microbiology and related fields.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are eligible to apply to register for the qualification of Bachelor of Medical Science Honours in
Medical Microbiology provided they have a;
- Bachelor of Medical Science or Bachelor of Science with majors in: Microbiology or Medical
Microbiology AND Biochemistry or Immunology or Chemistry or Physiology or Anatomy.
